The ADA has a comprehensive set of guidelines that cover parking spaces, access routes, and other features that are needed for compliance. The ADA contains two conditions that make compliance mandatory. First, if you have 15 or more employees, you must comply with the ADA. The only exceptions are facilities controlled by religious organizations, houses of worship, and private clubs. However, even if they are legally exempt, an ADA-compliant parking lot can be beneficial to members.
